Public health work can be siloing, and finding ways to connect across communities, sectors, and indentities will only strengthen the work we do. Last year, CHTI ran a pilot cohort hoping to do just that.
Responding to grants can be intimidating for even a seasoned development professional, but what about smaller community groups or coalitions who may not have the capacity to hire a development professional to assist with grant writing? We’re here to help break down the basics in this 3-part blog series.
For over ten years, the Community Health Training Institute has existed to build the capacity of coalitions promoting community health initiatives around the state. We've done this through trainings, technical assistance, resource sharing, and network building. We are excited to continue supporting coalitions by launching a brand new Coalition Building Cohort!
