The Cape and Islands Suicide Prevention Coalition was founded in 2009 to raise awareness about suicide on the Cape and Islands. Our Coalition brings together individuals and organizations from all sectors of our community including health and human services, non-profits, police, veterans, government, schools, suicide attempt survivors, and suicide loss survivors. We offer free suicide prevention trainings, as well as many community outreach programs throughout the year. To get involved or take part in a free training, please contact us today!
