PYDIC is a group of youth-serving agencies, community members, and businesses dedicated to making sure all young people have the opportunity to graduate high school, on time, with a college or career plan. We are working on this challenge by focusing on mentoring and positive relationships, hard skill development (i.e. training, career pathways) and socio-emotional development. Youth are invited to make their voice heard and inform our work,there is no formal youth council but young people often sit at the table.
