The Metropolitan Area Planning Council’s Arts & Culture Department is holding a monthly Arts & Culture Open Exchange on the third Wednesday of each month from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. This is a new opportunity to virtually connect with others in Greater Boston interested in art, culture, placemaking, and art-centered engagement.
