Description: Identifying key partners in your organizational work is only the beginning, working to keep them engaged and bought in is the bulk of the effort. This training will present an overview of the various levels of effective engagement and offer strategies for engaging and retaining key partners over time. Training participants will pull lessons from their experiences, challenges, and successes to identify specific strategies to keep partners engaged at each level.
Audience: Organizations, collectives, mutual aid groups, coalitions, or individuals, working towards community health and health equity.
