You will receive the Zoom Link for this meditation night after you’ve registered, closer to the date of the Training.
Schedule:
‚Ä¢ 4:55pm – It’s great to arrive early to make sure you’re connected. We have chitchat time before class starts. Come hang out with us, bring your cup of tea and ask the teacher questions.
‚Ä¢ 5:00pm – Class starts.
(Please be aware that no new entry after 5:15 so that our meditation time is not disturbed.)
‚Ä¢ 6:00pm – Class ends.
Description:
During the time we spend together, we’ll include:
a) discussion about meditation and mindfulness
b) instructions on how to meditate
c) experience a meditation
The length of the meditation itself will probably be about 15 minutes long. No previous experience is required; the meditation will be easy for beginners to understand.
