Data for Health: Learning What Works (Live Stream)

April 2, 2015 @ 3:45 pm - 6:00 pm

On Thursday, April 2, join the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) via live stream for the release of a new report from the Data for Health initiative, and hear how diverse sectors—government, business, health care, public health, social services, and community-based organizations—can better collect, share, and use health information to improve health.

ABOUT DATA FOR HEALTH

Last fall, RWJF launched the Data for Health initiative to explore how information and data on health can be harnessed to help build a Culture of Health where everyone has the opportunity to live longer, healthier lives. As part of the initiative, a Data for Health advisory committee hosted a series of “Learning What Works” events in five cities across the country, developed in collaboration with the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). On April 2, 2015, the advisors will release findings and recommendations about how to use data to improve health based on what they heard during these listening events.
