His clients are entrepreneurial nonprofits and mission-driven companies. Jay will present principles and practices, and share examples from his extensive client work, to help you achieve a buy-in breakthrough with your challenge.
Jay founded Peoplesworth, a private practice in strategic planning and change management, in 1982. He is a master at facilitating large groups, having led hundreds of events with a hundred or more participants.
He is also the author of ‚ÄúRecharge Your Team: The Grounded Visioning Approach‚Äù and‚ÄùBoard Roles to Board Goals: Creating an Annual Board Workplan.‚Äù
Jay holds a master‚Äôs degree in counseling from Antioch/New England and a B.A. from Hampshire College.
