Lighthearted Leadership: A Nonprofit Manager’s Restorative Reset

A restorative virtual group coaching session designed to support busy, stressed nonprofit managers take a step back and reset their perspective about their leadership responsibilities. Outcomes will be:
— identify where exactly you’re currently experiencing leadership strains and pain
— learn the 5 Personas of Lighthearted Leadership and choose your growth persona
— re-set your perspective about your leadership by balancing discipline and compassion
Leadership and teamwork coach Dan Doucette will walk participants through a phased reflective exercise inviting those who wish to share ideas and insights to do so. Or you may join the session and keep your reflections private throughout.
