The Manage Your Stress Because You‚Äôre Worth It training was developed to help people deal with change and stressful situations due to covid-19. The course provides exercises to help people identify their stressors and how stress impacts their body, mind, emotions and spirit. There are exercises to help people set the most fitting intention for managing their stress and practical ideas to put these strategies into action in their own lives. By managing stress, people learn to build resilience to meet life‚Äôs challenges, strengthen their abilities and competence to deal with difficult situations, and manage their health and wellbeing.
