The Leadership Development Institute: A Model for Cultivating Community Leadership

Do you want to help foster the development of change agents in your community?
This half-day training will introduce the Leadership Development Institute model for cultivating leadership within your community. This training will cover the curriculum, approach and preparation for effectively running a participatory, multi-lingual training series on leadership, relationship building and power at the community level. Participants in the training we will have a robust discussion about the pedagogy of leadership development and training as well as small group and role play activities to learn about the Leadership Development Institute model.
