Gwendolyn Hampton VanSant of Multicultural BRIDGE will lead a two-session training. Participants will learn essential inclusive leadership skills for navigating bias in the workplace. While Session 1 covers the basics, it is recommended that participants also attend Session 2 where conversation leads to deeper learning.
“BRIDGE’s training has helped us understand the needs of our changing community and also given our team members tools to understand their own unconscious bias and take it into account in their work. This helps us provide the right financial solutions for the communities we serve. Rather than thinking that we know what’s right for our members, Greylock employees now aim to help people identify their own needs without judgment. This creates a welcoming environment where both our community members and employees can thrive.” Jodi Rathbun-Briggs, Senior Vice President and Chief Lending Officer/Greylock Federal Credit Union
