Description: In this 1.5-hour training, participants will learn how to address marketing and communication needs with social media platforms. After reviewing the social media landscape, participants will learn skills, tools, and best practices to create and share social media. Our trainers will offer space for participants to ask questions and work through social media challenges.

Audience: Community coalitions and partners, public health professionals looking to build skills in social media.

Learning Objectives: Participants will be able to:

  1. Understand the basics of popular platforms (like LinkedIn and Instagram) and how people and organizations typically use them.
  2. Identify content creation and engagement strategies that connect with your audience and meet your goals.
  3. Learn about tools and best practices for efficient, effective content creation and distribution.
