Jay Vogt, with over 35 years of experience as an organizational development consultant with a core competency in facilitation, and a specialty in large group facilitation, is a recognized expert in his field and the author of books and articles on this subject. His clients are entrepreneurial nonprofits and mission-driven companies. Jay will present principles and practices, and share examples from his extensive client work, to help you achieve a buy-in breakthrough with your challenge.

Jay founded Peoplesworth, a private practice in strategic planning and change management, in 1982. He is a master at facilitating large groups, having led hundreds of events with a hundred or more participants.

He is also the author of “Recharge Your Team: The Grounded Visioning Approach” and”Board Roles to Board Goals: Creating an Annual Board Workplan.”

Jay holds a master’s degree in counseling from Antioch/New England and a B.A. from Hampshire College.
