The objective of the Merrimack Valley Regional Consortium (MVRC) is to break down the organizational and geographic barriers that exist within the service delivery systems across the region. Agencies across the Merrimack Valley are having greater dialogue and this process has provided a means of collaboration, disaster response planning and leveraging of resources amongst Consortium members across the region.
