In this full day workshop, spend the morning exploring the foundations of creating highly functional teams and then narrow the afternoon’s focus to conflict resolution and problem solving. Highly functional teams share a commitment to self-awareness, solid relationships, and accountability ‚Äì these foundations form the basis for deep trust and great team results. Teams that resolve conflicts and solve problems effectively are better equipped to debate important issues, surface ideas, and make the best decisions to implement the solutions they choose.
