Description: How you plan for and facilitate meetings hugely affects how people actively participate in the meetings, and whether they look forward to coming back. Running an effective meeting means having clearly articulated goals, activities that relate to those goals and meeting participants where they’re at (in terms of their needs and learning styles). In this training, participants will explore tools to help run effective meetings from the planning phase to follow up. Emphasis will be placed on how to foster an environment where everyone’s voices and time feels valued.
