This fall, the Collective Impact Forum is launching its new Essentials for Collective Impact online workshop series. You can register for all four online sessions with a “full workshop pass” or register for sessions individually. ABOUT THE ESSENTIALS WORKSHOP SERIES

Are you working in a collective impact effort and looking for resources and guidance on how to strengthen your skills to improve the impact of your collaborative?

This fall, we are launching our Essentials for Collective Impact online workshop series. This all-new series of workshops will run during September and October 2023. The sessions focus on building practical knowledge and understanding around four key areas that support collective impact efforts: collaborative planning and engagement, facilitating results-focused meetings, strengthening trust and relationships, and avoiding common challenges that stymie the work of collectives.

Attendees can register for a “full workshop pass” and join all four online workshops or register for a single workshop based on the focus area of most interest. Each workshop is 3.5 hours; registration includes a copy of the recording and presentation materials to review afterwards.

Who should join Essentials for Collective Impact? This workshop series is designed for those doing collective impact or collaborative work and may especially be helpful for those in the early/beginning stages of your collective.
