Passport to Public Health Series: Race, Resilience, and Community Violence

Please join Tenants’ Development Corporation, BACH (Boston Alliance for Community Health), Boston Public Health Commission, United South End Settlements, and South End Healthy Boston Coalition for a dynamic and open discussion about violence-induced trauma from a community health perspective. The incredible, Dr. Atyia Martin, Boston’s Chief Resiliency Officer, will facilitate the conversation by presenting information about the negative implications of trauma on individual physical and emotional health, as well as the progression of human potential. Come prepared to engage in open dialogue about the intersection of racism, violence, trauma, and health in the South End and Boston at large. Resident voices are highly encouraged!
