You will receive the Zoom Link for this meditation night after you’ve registered, closer to the date of the Training.
Please join us on September 17th for a Community Meditation Night, led by Gena Bean of Mindful Boston.
We welcome you to arrive early to settle in, around 4:45pm. Our official event start time is 5:00pm. Gena Bean will be leading meditation for us.
Schedule:
4:45ish arrive early to check your connections and have some informal chit-chat conversation time with the teacher and the other meditators.
5pm – Class Starts
5:15pm – no entry after 5:15 so that our meditation time is not disturbed.
6:00pm – Class ends.

The length of the meditation itself will probably be about 15 to 25 minutes long. No previous experience is required; the meditation will be easy for beginners to understand.
