Join us for a virtual conference to explore the questions: Why Diversity and Inclusion practices fail to achieve racial equity in the workplace, and when they succeed, what works? How do companies and consultants effectively transform organizations? The goal of the 2020 conference is to better understand the limitations of the “business case” for Diversity and Inclusion and to explore implications for engaging in racial equity work with greater accountability and in partnership with other sectors.
