Building Awareness of White Supremacy at Work

Description: All organizations are a microcosm of our society rooted in systemic oppression and inequities. To practice a different way of being that centers people, care, healing and equity, it is critical that there is both individual and collective awareness of how white supremacy and racism operate within ourselves, in relationships and organizational culture. Oppressive ways of being are constructed as the main way to be and are so deeply normalized that it requires us to unlearn and undo proactively every day. Together we will build and strengthen our critical consciousness to be able to think and work together to uproot white supremacy at work. This a virtual training.
