Description: Learn the keys to coalition development and sustaining momentum through this half-day training. Participants will learn about activities, processes, and structures that build and sustain effective coalitions. Participants will also discover tips for running effective meetings, communicating, managing conflict, and recruiting and sustaining engaged participants. Local coalition leaders will present on-the-ground challenges and practical solutions related to facilitation and communications.
