Mastering dynamic facilitation means you can feel the pulse of the group and guide the conversation to productive decision-making. This training will provide a brief introduction to elements of good facilitation and how to navigate difficult facilitation scenarios. The trainers will cover both online and in-person facilitation tips.

Learning Objectives: Participants will be able to:

  1. Identify the basic elements of dynamic facilitation.
  1. Learn promising practices for facilitating group meetings across locations and platforms.
