Logic Models: Visualizing your Organization’s Goals

Everyone is talking about Logic Models as part of best practices for organizations, but what are they and how do you really use them?

This workshop will help participants to become familiar with logic model terminology and learn to build one for strategic planning and program & organizational improvement. You will:

• Place LMs in the context of strategic planning and program evaluation
• Determine the purpose of developing an LM for your organization
• Practice selecting and identifying inputs, activities, and outputs
• Practice developing indicators and methods & systems for data collection

You are encouraged to attend with others from your organization in a team to collaborate on your specific logic model.
